About the Role

A Content Manager at Clariquant is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content that promotes the company’s AI products, services, and thought leadership. This role involves developing content strategies that resonate with the target audience—whether they’re technical professionals, business decision-makers, or end-users—while aligning with the company’s marketing and product goals. The Content Manager ensures that all content, from blog posts to whitepapers, website copy, social media, and case studies, effectively communicates the value of AI solutions and positions the company as a leader in the AI space. Additionally, they oversee content distribution and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals, product roadmap, and audience needs. Ensure content is tailored to different stages of the customer journey (awareness, consideration, decision).

Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, press releases, and social media content, focused on AI technologies and solutions.

Content Curation: Curate and repurpose existing content to keep it fresh, relevant, and aligned with new developments in AI or customer needs. This may involve repurposing long-form content into smaller assets (e.g., videos, infographics).

Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and messaging that resonates with different audiences, from technical professionals to business stakeholders.

SEO and Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company’s website, ensuring that it ranks for relevant AI-related keywords.

Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to understand product updates, customer pain points, and industry trends to inform content creation.

Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar, ensuring that content is produced and published on time across all channels and platforms.

Performance Analysis: Track content performance (e.g., website traffic, engagement metrics, lead generation) and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Thought Leadership: Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to create thought leadership pieces that highlight the company’s expertise in AI, promoting innovation and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a content manager, content strategist, or writer, ideally in the technology or AI industry.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex AI concepts into clear, accessible language.

Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications, with the ability to create content that speaks to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Experience with social media management, email marketing, and other digital marketing platforms.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ability to analyze content performance and optimize for better engagement, conversions, and lead generation.

Creative, proactive, and collaborative with an ability to adapt content strategies based on business goals and customer feedback.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Knowledge of AI or a technical background is a plus.
