About the Role
A Human Resources (HR) Representative at Clariquant is responsible for supporting the recruitment, employee relations, and talent management functions within the organization. This role involves helping to attract, hire, and onboard top talent for the company, while fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices. The HR Representative works closely with hiring managers, department leads, and employees to create a seamless and supportive experience for staff members, while promoting diversity and inclusion within the workforce. They also assist with HR administrative tasks, employee training, and employee well-being initiatives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring manager in selecting candidates for AI-related roles (e.g., engineers, data scientists, product managers).
Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources, introductions, and training to succeed in their roles.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Address employee questions, provide conflict resolution support, and assist in managing employee relations.
HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, employee records, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks such as performance reviews, promotions, and compliance with labor laws.
Training & Development: Support employee development programs and initiatives, such as training sessions, workshops, or leadership programs that help employees grow in their AI and tech roles.
Diversity and Inclusion: Help drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a fair and equitable work environment, particularly within the context of the tech and AI industry.
Employee Engagement & Well-Being: Assist with employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and retention efforts, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems) and other HR tools.
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best HR practices.
Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, ideally within a tech or AI company.
A proactive and solution-oriented attitude with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Interest in or knowledge of the AI industry and the talent needs specific to AI-driven companies.
